Social Media Specialist (Native English Speaker)

We are looking for a native English-speaking Social Media Specialist with proven experience in managing social media channels and a strong passion for fashion, lifestyle, art, and music.
As part of the Marketing Department and in close collaboration with the Creative Team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing editorial and communication strategies for our brands on an international scale.
This role involves managing multiple social accounts across our brand portfolio and requires excellent copywriting skills in English as well as a good level of Italian for internal coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
Editorial Planning & Strategy
- Define, plan, and implement monthly editorial calendars for multiple brands.
- Identify the most relevant social channels for each brand (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, etc.).
- Develop both organic and paid social strategies aligned with brand and business objectives.
- Stay up to date with emerging trends to maximize ROI and identify new opportunities.
Content Management
- Oversee daily publishing and posting, ensuring consistency in tone, style, and visuals.
- Write engaging English copy (native level), adapting to each brand’s unique voice.
- Collaborate with external agencies for creative content production (photo, video, campaigns), managing briefs, timelines, and deliverables.
- Coordinate with the in-house design team for content adaptations and production.
Community Management
- Monitor, moderate, and engage with online communities across channels.
- Manage conversations, respond to comments, and foster authentic engagement.
Performance & Reporting
- Track and analyze key social media KPIs (reach, engagement, follower growth, conversions, etc.).
- Produce regular reports with actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
- Apply strong analytical and problem-solving skills to data interpretation.
Paid Social
- Support the planning and execution of paid social campaigns in collaboration with media agencies.
- Contribute to budget allocation, audience targeting, and creative optimization.
Requirements:
- Native English speaker (mandatory) with good command of Italian.
- 3–5 years’ proven experience in social media management, preferably in fashion, lifestyle, or creative agencies.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and brand identities simultaneously.
- Deep knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook, and YouTube best practices.
- Hands-on experience with social media management tools (e.g. Hootsuite, Later, Sprout, Meta Business Suite).
- Strong analytical skills with a data-driven mindset.
- Creative flair and strong aesthetic sensibility for visual content.
- Familiarity with design tools such as Canva or Adobe Express.
- Passion for fashion, lifestyle, art, and music.
- Collaborative mindset with excellent stakeholder management skills.
Location & Reporting
- Full-time role, based in Bologna..
- Part of the Marketing Department, working closely with the Creative Team.
- Reporting directly to the Head of Marketing & E-Commerce.
